The Nativist Triumvirate: CIS, VDARE, and FAIR

According to our friends at the Center for New Community, the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) continues to promote VDARE, a white nationalist blog. VDARE's bloggers are a cadre made up of a who's who in the white nationalist movement.  The bloggers have included Jared Taylor of American Renaissance, the nativist magazine that attempts to link intelligence with race and eugenics, and the now deceased Sam Francis, formerly of the anti-immigrant journal The Social Contract, not to mention Allan Wall, Paul Nachman, W. James Antle III, and Matthew Richer.  Pieces by Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) board members Joe Guzzardi and Donald Collins are also being distributed by CIS.  

Given its history, CIS shouldn't be surprising anyone with its actions.  CIS was an idea born from FAIR board member John Tanton's vision for a nativist think-tank.
